Refrigeration Dryers

Refrigeration dryers are used in compressed air systems worldwide and represent the current state of technology. Refrigeration drying is the most cost-effective technology for the drying of compressed air: The compressed air is cooled, so that water vapor in the air condensates inside the unit and can be drained off.

Refrigerated Dryers – CPX Series

Chicago Pneumatic Refrigerated dryers from 350 to 84.000 l/min reliability provide dry compressed air and dew point up to +3C.

COOL Series

Atmospheric air, drawn into a compressor, always contains humidity. During the compression process, this humidity becomes condensate and may cause serious damage to your air distribution system and your equipment. Our COOL 15-275 refrigerated dryers has been developed to solve the problem, they reliably remove condensate getting perfectly dry compressed air and a dewpoint of 45 °F.

CPXHT Series – High Temp Refrigerated Dryer

Ideal for use with piston compressors that do not have an aftercoolor or where air is over 130 °F. The CPXHT dryers are easy to install and have a compact design. Supplied with 115 Volt power means no special wiring is required and the space saving design incorporates an air cooled aftercooler, refrigerated air dryer, moisture separator and electronic water drain.
